Havana Nights
Each themed dinner is a private, chef-curated dining experience designed to bring the elegance of a fine restaurant into your home or chosen venue. Guests will enjoy a multi-course meal featuring: 2 starters, 1 main course and 1 dessert. The host selects the menu in advance during consultation (choosing two options per course for the evening’s offerings). All guests enjoy the same selected menu, prepared fresh on-site and served plated or family-style. Service includes: setup, preparation, and cleanup.

First Course
Tostones with Garlic Mojo
crispy fried plantains served with a garlicky citrus sauce.
Cuban Croquetas
creamy ham croquettes with a crispy crust.
Papa Rellena
Crispy fried mashed potato balls stuffed with seasoned ground beef, served with a side of garlic aioli.
Ceviche Cubano
fresh fish marinated in lime juice, cilantro, and onions.

Caribbean style shrimp stewed in a tomato base served with cilantro-lime white rice and avocado salad

Slow-roasted pork marinated in citrus mojo, served with black beans and rice.
Mojo Garlic Pulled Chicken
Sautéed pulled chicken in a citrus-garlic mojo sauce, served with coconut rice and red beans.
